In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
We affirm that the response submitted by the Hamas movement to the American proposal is the result of a responsible national position, which came after in-depth consultations with the Palestinian resistance factions to reach an agreement that aligns with the interests of our people, guarantees an end to their suffering, and stops the continuous war of extermination against them.
We commend and welcome the Arab and Islamic positions, the Egyptian and Qatari mediation, and the Turkish efforts, which have greatly assisted and contributed to making exceptional efforts to adopt a unified Arab and Islamic stance that preserves the rights of our people and accelerates the cessation of the aggression.
We call for the completion of steps and procedures by all parties and stress the necessity for the Palestinian Authority to fulfill its duties and obligations entrusted to it starting from this moment, including the necessity of holding an urgent national meeting to discuss implementation mechanisms related to an independent Palestinian body taking over the administration of the Gaza Strip and discussing all national issues during this delicate stage in the history of our people.
We affirm that our Palestinian people, who have made all these sacrifices and stood firm against the zionist fascist machine of crime, deserve to have their steadfastness and heroism crowned with outcomes that meet their national aspirations for freedom, independence, and ending the occupation, not by liquidating their cause and robbing them of their rights.
We consider the constructive and responsible position taken by the Hamas movement, on behalf of the Palestinian forces and factions, to be a cry in the face of the entire world that the time has come for this occupation to vanish from our land, and that our people have the right to live a dignified life free from killing, destruction, displacement, and settlement.
