In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemns the Zionist attack that targeted Beirut’s southern suburb, affirming that it is a treacherous act and a clear violation of Lebanese sovereignty, intended to drag Lebanon and the region into a confrontation that serves only the interests of the occupation.
The targeting of a densely populated area in broad daylight reflects the nature of the organized terrorism practiced by the occupation and its criminal leaders, and the attempt to impose new equations and exert pressure on the resistance forces.
The movement expresses its full solidarity with brotherly Lebanon and its right to defend its land and people. It also stresses that the blood of the martyrs will strengthen Lebanese unity in the face of American–Zionist attempts at domination.
The movement extends its condolences to the families of the martyrs and wishes a speedy recovery to the wounded, affirming that the will of the resistance will remain stronger than all forms of aggression.
